Booking Policy

At Rae of Light, each healing session and workshop is held as a sacred space. To honour both the practitioner’s energy and the client’s journey, the following booking policy applies:

Booking & Payment

  • All sessions, workshops, and classes are confirmed only upon full payment.

  • Payment ensures your session slot is reserved and the energetic space is held specifically for you.

  • Once payment is received, your booking is considered confirmed.​

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation.

  • Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours are non-refundable, as the time and energy have already been reserved.

  • In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of Rae of Light.

 

Late Arrival

  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent bookings.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without fee adjustment.

Energy Exchange

  • Reiki and energy healing work best when there is a clear and balanced exchange.

  • Sessions will not commence without completed payment, ensuring clarity, respect, and energetic integrity for both parties.

 

Client Responsibility

  • Energy healing is a complementary wellness practice and does not replace medical or professional care.

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your wellbeing and healing journey.
