Booking Policy
At Rae of Light, each healing session and workshop is held as a sacred space. To honour both the practitioner’s energy and the client’s journey, the following booking policy applies:

Booking & Payment

All sessions, workshops, and classes are confirmed only upon full payment.

Payment ensures your session slot is reserved and the energetic space is held specifically for you.

Once payment is received, your booking is considered confirmed.​
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours are non-refundable, as the time and energy have already been reserved.

In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of Rae of Light.
Late Arrival

Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent bookings.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without fee adjustment.

Energy Exchange

Reiki and energy healing work best when there is a clear and balanced exchange.

Sessions will not commence without completed payment, ensuring clarity, respect, and energetic integrity for both parties.
Client Responsibility

Energy healing is a complementary wellness practice and does not replace medical or professional care.

By booking a session, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your wellbeing and healing journey.
